Testimonials

  • Well well well! This place is amazing! It has to been to seen to believed really. I had my 30th birthday there with 20 odd people in the bunk house and also had guests staying in the Glampers at the back of the property and also guests in the Bed and Breakfast in the Pavilion. All up around 30-35 people. It was amazing! John was incredibly helpful with anything we needed and never too far away for any questions. He also put great trust in us as we had use of the Pavilion one night where we played a gig with a band and he was very reasonable when we may have played for a little too long :/

The views at this place are amazing, and there a few hikes on offer for even better views.

I couldn’t recommend this place any more highly, nor could all my guests. Do yourself a favour and spend a weekend at John and Ros’s! Oh and lastly, on Friday nights they cook amazing pizzas!

John and Ros place was nothing that I expected, the photos dont do it justice. a tranquil retreat nestled right up the back of the strath creek mountains with a cracking view of all the valleys below. all the entertainment you need at your porch! lovely touch to the neatly renovated Van’s and bathrooms that give you that rustic feel but comfortable at the same time!!! many thanks for a ripper time and your hospitality. will be back soon

  • A great place to escape the busy city life. Wonderful views, and a great location. We were able to see some of the local wildlife too; kangaroos, wombats, llamas etc. The hosts were very friendly and would highly recommend!

Amazing little spot. Beautiful amenities. Was better than I could have expected and I could not recommend more. Was away for 2 nights and could have stayed 7 more. Say hi to Angus the adorable dog if you end up going there.
